- The first thing you will notice about Park Foot is its stunning location adjacent to Lake Ullswater. The countryside and views around the park are superb - the Lake stretching for 9 miles, the Helvellyn mountains, and Martindale and Kentmore Common bordering the lake to the east and the west.The Lake District is beautiful at any time of the year; although Gowbarrow Park by the lakeside is particularly lovely in Spring when the daffodils, so immortalised by Wordsworth, appear.

- Situated on the shore of Lake Windermere, in 60 acres of mature wooded parkland running down to the shoreline. The accommodation is set in small groups, all within easy walking distance of both the Lake and clubhouse, although, due to some steep gradients and steps, the park may not be suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility difficulties.
