Set in over 100 acres of wooded parkland, only 2 miles from Caernarfon, with its famous castle, and on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, Glan Gwna must be considered to be one of the most desirable holiday parks in Wales. The holiday chalets and cottages have been sympathetically blended into the wooded hillsides and glades, which follow the twists and turns of the River Seiont, to produce an abundance of natural settings. The park offers a wide range of activities within its boundaries, including three coarse fishing lakes, one of which is on the park.
