- Choosing your accommodation
There are two types of accommodation - terraced villas & lodges (may differ from illustrations). They have a similar layout, with a spacious, open-plan kitchen/dining area, lounge and patio areas. Highchairs & cots £10 pw each. Electricity is by coin meter except Newquay Lodge where it is included. Background heating in low season incl. Pets welcome at £40 each pw.
All male/female parties are accepted at the management's discretion, with indemnity deposit. The owners cannot accept responsibility for curtailment of any facilities, which are outside their control. Short breaks: Not available between July 1st and August 30th or peak dates. All guests here benefit from special membership to Lakeview Country Club (for fishing, golf driving range, fitness club, health club, play dome etc). Some additional charges may apply. Key deposit taken on arrival.
