The tranquil setting of the marina is only 40 minutes away by train from the hustle and bustle of central London, where there are many attractions to visit such as Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London and Covent Garden. If a shopping trip is planned then Oxford Street, Harrods and Bond Street are all accessible. In the evening moor up your boat and sample the many pubs and bars that are accessible along the Thames.

Available only to our narrowboat hirers, this extension of your Thames cruise takes you through the North Downs of Surrey to Guildford, the county town, with its castle, cobbled high street, cathedral, theatre and shops.
The River Wey Navigation is one of the most beautiful and picturesque in Britain and is well maintained and preserved for future generations by the National Trust. It is relatively lightly locked and provides pleasant and relaxing cruising between its junction with the Thames near Weybridge and Godalming.
A short stay licence fee is payable on entry.
Rather more energetic, but an attraction for the cruising enthusiast, is the recently opened Basingstoke Canal which branches off the Wey near Woking and takes you through Hampshire countryside to Odiham.
Passage must be pre-booked with your boat operator and a visitor licence purchased at least one month in advance, as visitor numbers may be limited and cruising is subject to satisfactory water levels.
