- The company was founded in 1948 by Rendel and Jean Wyatt. It was passed onto his son David and his wife Mino during the mid 1950's. Since the mid 1980's their son Peter has been at the helm and with the help of his wife Karen, their two children and his mother, look forward to the next 50 years.
